目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定醋氯芬酸肠溶片的含量。方法:采用Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱,以乙晴-四氢呋喃-冰醋酸(25∶25∶50,用0.1ml·L~(-1)的氢氧化钠溶液调pH5.5)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),以对羟基联苯为内标物,检测波长为275nm。结果:醋氯芬酸在10.2~50.1μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9993),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.0%。结论:本法可用于该肠溶片剂的含量测定,操作简便,结果准确。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of aceclofenac enteric-coated tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Zorbax SB-C_ (18) was used to elute acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-glacial acetic acid (25:25:50, pH5.5 with 0.1ml·L -1 sodium hydroxide solution) Phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). Using p-hydroxybiphenyl as the internal standard, the detection wavelength was 275 nm. Results: Aceclofenac showed a good linearity (r = 0.9993) in the range of 10.2-50.1 μg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 99.8% and a RSD of 1.0%. Conclusion: This method can be used for the determination of the content of enteric-coated tablets, easy to operate and accurate.
