近年来,国家颁布了一系列鼓励通过企业间的兼并、重组、调整我国煤炭产业结构指导性意见,这为大型煤炭企业带来的巨大的机遇和挑战,越来越多的大型煤企通过兼并、重组、整合等方式来扩大自身生产规模与销售地域,但同时随之带来的就是销售渠道以及账款的催收等问题。如何将煤炭销售出去、如何将货款收回来,使企业获得长足发展是管理者们需要考虑的重大问题。本文将主要就如何加强煤炭企业销售与收款业务管理进行探讨,以期促进煤炭企业的健康发展。
In recent years, the state has promulgated a series of guiding opinions encouraging the merger, reorganization and readjustment of China’s coal industry structure through mergers and acquisitions. This has brought enormous opportunities and challenges for large-scale coal enterprises. More and more large-scale coal enterprises have passed the merger , Restructuring, integration and other ways to expand their production scale and sales area, but at the same time bring about the sales channels and accounts receivable and other issues. How to sell the coal out and how to get the money back so that the enterprises can make great progress is a major issue that managers need to consider. This article will mainly discuss how to strengthen the sales and payment business management of coal enterprises so as to promote the healthy development of coal enterprises.
