有些青年教师初上讲台,害怕长时间面对学生,因而喜欢课前在电脑上把教学内容制成一页一页的PPT演示稿,在课堂上只需点击鼠标翻动稿件,这样既省去了板书的麻烦又加大了教学量,可是教学效果并不好,学生在课堂上要么一个劲地抄PPT上的笔记,要么昂着头只是观看PPT,学习非常被动。另一方面,一些有经验的教师却拒绝使用多媒体,他们认为每个教师都有自己的教学节奏,自然的课堂应该是多变的,不应该被制作的课件限制,他们自信用
