随着免疫学的进展、人们逐渐注意到参与细胞免疫的T细胞并不是均一的细胞群。按其发育阶段、表面标志及功能等、可将其分为若干亚群。T细胞亚群不仅在抗体产生上起着调节作用,而且在自身免疫病、免疫缺陷病、变态反应性疾病、再生不良性贫血、器官移植及肿瘤发生等方面均有重要影响,故开展T细胞亚群的研究是很有意义的。
