目的 建立玻璃体内视网膜移植的动物模型,检测玻璃体内视网膜移植片视蛋白的表达,来确定移植后视网膜的功能。材料和方法 取1~5d新生兔12只,取出神经视网膜组织,作为供体。取成年兔12只,经囊内去除晶状体,切除前段玻璃体后,将供体兔右眼视网膜移植到成年兔右眼的玻璃体腔,分别于手术后7、14、21d取出供体视网膜组织,进行视网膜总蛋白的抽取、分离与视蛋白鉴定。结果 移植后的视网膜可以成活;在移植后7、14、21d的视网膜移植片中可检测到视蛋白存在。结论移植到玻璃体腔内的视网膜组织可见到视蛋白的继续表达。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of intravitreal retinal transplantation and to detect the expression of opsin in intravitreal retinal transplants to determine the function of retina after transplantation. Materials and Methods Twelve newborn rabbits were obtained from 1 to 5 days, and the neural retina was removed and used as the donor. Twelve adult rabbits were removed by intracapsular lens and the anterior segment of the vitreous was excised. The right eye retina was transplanted into the vitreous cavity of the right eye of adult rabbits. The donor retina tissues were removed at 7, 14 and 21 days after operation Retinal total protein extraction, separation and opsin identification. Results The transplanted retina could survive; the presence of opsin could be detected in retinal grafts at 7, 14 and 21 days after transplantation. Conclusion Retinal protein transplanted into the vitreous cavity shows the continuous expression of opsin.
