北京新机场航站区由航站楼中心区、指廊、登机桥、综合服务中心和高架桥等建筑组成,各建筑区域的结构特点、基础形式、基底标高、地质条件等差异较大,设计复杂程度高,施工难度大。通过勘察过程跟踪、勘察成果分析、基桩承载力计算大数据统计、试验桩工程、数值分析等,针对各建筑区域荷载和岩土工程条件,采取不同桩径、桩长的桩基设计方案,并根据变形协调计算成果和施工相互影响分析,进行桩基平面布置设计。工程检验桩数据的分析验证了桩基设计是合理的。
