振动轮是重型振动压路机的关键部件,设计的好坏直接影响新开发压路机的成败,防止振动压路机工作过程中钢轮发热是设计难点。围绕降低钢轮热平衡温度展开结构设计分析,通过润滑油道、透气呼吸通道等机构设计,振动轴承游隙、振动轮平稳校验等,提出设计重型压路机振动轮的思路。
