一、企业竞争力概述企业竞争力的模式是管理者的关注要点,也是企业研究者的关注要点。但为什么企业的竞争模式如此难于界定与把握,无外乎影响企业的要素过多,而大多还无法进行确定性掌控的原因。企业竞争力的来源是多样化的,这取决于企业的某种特质。在企业的职能架构中的诸要素都有机会发力,而一跃成为竞争优势来源,像研发、市场、生产等;也可以凭借资源的特殊性而拥有竞争优势,如资金、人才、外部关系
I. Corporate Competitiveness Overview The model of corporate competitiveness is a key point of attention for managers and a key point for corporate researchers. However, why is it so difficult for enterprises to define and grasp the competitive model? It is nothing more than an overwhelming number of factors that affect companies, and most of them are still unable to conduct deterministic control. The source of corporate competitiveness is diversified, depending on the characteristics of the company. All the elements in the company’s functional structure have the opportunity to exert strength, and they become the sources of competitive advantage, such as R&D, market, production, etc.; they can also rely on the special nature of resources to have competitive advantages, such as capital, talent, and external relations.
