本研究利用在线红外光谱仪监测三甲基苯醌氢化反应过程并进行终点判断。选取原料三甲基苯醌和产物三甲基氢醌的特征红外光谱,分别建立三甲基氢醌在1 718 cm~(-1)、三甲基苯醌在1 652 cm~(-1)处吸光度值与浓度的标准曲线。在4种反应参数下,用建立的标准曲线模拟三甲基苯醌氢化过程中不同时刻反应液中产物和原料的浓度值,结果表明建立的标准曲线模型能较好地预测反应液中原料及产物浓度的变化,从而快速判断氢化反应终点。
In this study, on-line infrared spectroscopy was used to monitor the trimethylbenzoquinone hydrogenation process and to determine the end point. The characteristic infrared spectra of trimethylbenzoquinone and trimethylhydroquinone were selected to establish the reaction of trimethylhydroquinone at 1 718 cm -1 and trimethylbenzoquinone at 1 652 cm -1, At the absorbance value and concentration of the standard curve. Under the four reaction parameters, the established standard curve was used to simulate the concentrations of the products and raw materials in the reaction liquid during different time during the hydrogenation of trimethylbenzoquinone. The results show that the established standard curve model can predict the raw materials and Product concentration changes, so as to quickly determine the end of the hydrogenation reaction.
