目的:探讨高职高专医学生评教的问题及对策。方法:结合教学实践,查摆评教存在的问题及解决问题的方案。结果:针对目前评教过于形式化、主体不成熟、“工具化”倾向、设计不科学、透明度不高等问题,采取提高认识、完善机制、科学评价、科学处理评教结果等对策收效显著。结论:科学评教是提高评教水平,提升教学质量的关键。
Objective: To probe into the problems and countermeasures of higher vocational college medical students teaching evaluation. Methods: Combining with teaching practice, we can find out the problems existing in teaching evaluation and solutions to problems. Results: In view of the problems such as over formalization, immature subject, “instrumentalization” tendency, unscientific design and low transparency, the measures such as raising awareness, perfecting mechanism, scientific evaluation and scientifically evaluating teaching result are effective . Conclusion: Scientific assessment of teaching is to improve the level of teaching evaluation, improve the quality of teaching the key.
