研究了新试剂5-(对磺酸基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹哪啶(SPHQ)与铀(VI)的显色反应,在pH=5.5的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲介质中,SPHQ与铀(VI)形成2:1稳定红色配合物.最大吸收波长位于550nm处,表观摩尔系数为5.95×104L.mol-1.cm-1.铀(VI)含量在0-30μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.方法用于分析环境水样中微量的铀,结果满意.
The color reaction of 5- (p-sulfophenylazo) -8-hydroxyquinaldine (SPHQ) with uranium (VI) was studied. In the acetate-sodium acetate buffer solution with pH = 5.5, Uranium (VI) forms a 2: 1 stable red complex with a maximum absorption wavelength at 550 nm and an apparent molar coefficient of 5.95 × 10 4 L · mol -1 · cm -1 .The uranium (VI) content is in the range of 0-30 μg / 25 ml Beer’s law is obeyed.The method is applied to the analysis of trace uranium in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
