合成了一种新型含锌化合物Zn_2(HL)(CH_3COO)_3·H_2O(简称ZnL),并研究了将其用于硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的有关性能。静态老化和脱氯化氢实验结果表明,在180℃下,ZnL在延缓PVC热老化方面具有较高的热稳定性。ZnL与PVC树脂质量比从0.3/50增加到1.5/50时,PVC样品的锌烧时间从60 min逐渐延长到170 min。其中具有代表性PVC样品(PVC树脂50 g、ZnL 1.5 g、柠檬酸三丁酯4.0 ml)的诱导时间和热稳定时间分别达到100和110 min,锌烧时间达到170 min。ZnL与季戊四醇(PER)复配时具有良好的协效作用,其中具有代表性PVC样品(PVC树脂50 g、ZnL 1.5 g、PER 0.5 g、柠檬酸三丁酯4.0 ml)的诱导时间和热稳定时间分别达到160和170 min,锌烧时间达到190 min。
A novel Zn2 (HL) (CH_3COO) _3 · H_2O (ZnL) compound has been synthesized and its properties have been studied for its use as a heat stabilizer for hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Static aging and dehydrochlorination experiments show that, at 180 ℃, ZnL has a higher thermal stability in retarding PVC thermal aging. When the mass ratio of ZnL to PVC resin increased from 0.3 / 50 to 1.5 / 50, the zinc burning time of PVC samples gradually extended from 60 min to 170 min. Among them, the induction time and thermal stability time of representative PVC samples (50 g PVC, 1.5 g ZnL and 4.0 ml TBT) reached 100 and 110 min, respectively, and the zinc burn time reached 170 min. ZnL and pentaerythritol (PER) had a good synergistic effect.
