在铝酸盐体系溶液中分别加入NaF、C3H8O3、KZrF6及Ce(NO3)3·6H2O,对SiC增强铝基复合材料进行微弧氧化处理,对所获得的膜层用扫描电镜进行形貌观察分析,用极化曲线评价比较膜层耐蚀性。结果表明:在铝酸盐体系溶液中加入NaF、C3H8O3和引入Ce元素都可以提高膜层致密性及耐蚀性能,加入KZrF6后膜层的微观结构变化不大,耐蚀性略有提高。
In the aluminate system were added NaF, C3H8O3, KZrF6 and Ce (NO3) 3 6H2O, SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composite by micro-arc oxidation, the obtained film was observed by scanning electron microscopy , Compared with the polarization curve evaluation of corrosion resistance of the film. The results show that the addition of NaF, C3H8O3 and Ce into the aluminate system can improve the compactness and corrosion resistance of the coating. The microstructure of the coating does not change much after adding KZrF6, and the corrosion resistance slightly increases.
