二精灵 (2 JL)由黄精 (Rhizome of King Solomoseal)和枸杞子 (Fruito barbary Wolfber- ry)组成 ,常服能助气固精 ,补填丹田 ,活血驻颜 ,长生不老〔1〕。枸杞和枸杞多糖能显著提高小鼠果蝇的平均寿命 ,表明其有延缓衰老作用 〔2〕。黄精也具有一定的延缓衰老作用〔3〕。古方二
