食用菌根真菌的研究进展

阐述了食用菌根真菌的主要研究内容:(1)形成菌根的食用真菌与宿主植物.(2)食用菌根真菌分离和培养。(3)食用菌根真菌的人工栽培等三方面的现状与进展.并指出食用菌根真菌的分离培养及人工栽培还面临许多严峻的困难,要取得突破性和实用性的进展,在进一步提高人工培养的技术水平的基础,还需借助现代化的研究手段,不断探索,才能如愿以尝. The main research contents of edible mycorrhizal fungi are described as follows: (1) Edible fungi and host plants that form mycorrhiza. (2) edible mycorrhizal fungi separation and culture. (3) Artificial cultivation of edible mycorrhizal fungi and other aspects of the status quo and progress.
