本文讨论了电火花强化层厚度、质量与强化时间、电容量的关系。用X-射线衍射法测试了强化层的相组成。采用赤血盐染色作用观察到α-W~2C的分布规律。用电子探针测出了电极材料主要元素钨、钴、碳在强化层中的分布。对强化层的主要缺陷,如断点、裂纹、气孔的形成进行了初步分析,提出一些防止措施。探讨了电火花强化的工作原理。用电火花强化与高频处理相结合,处理了焊药压涂机丝嘴子,取得了较好效果。
This article discusses the relationship between EDM thickness, mass, strengthening time and capacitance. The phase composition of the strengthening layer was tested by X-ray diffraction. The distribution of α-W ~ 2C was observed by the red blood salt staining. Electron probe was used to measure the distribution of tungsten, cobalt and carbon in the strengthening layer as the main elements of the electrode material. The main defects of the reinforced layer, such as breakpoints, cracks and formation of pores, were analyzed preliminarily and some preventive measures were put forward. Discusses the working principle of EDM. Electric spark enhancement and high-frequency processing combined with the welding pressure coating machine wire nozzle, and achieved good results.
