从增加导热路径的数量,提高导热填料相互接触的概率角度出发,研究了提高复合材料热导率的方法。研究了剑麻/膨胀石墨/PP纤维吸附型导热复合材料的导热性能和力学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对材料的冲击断面进行微观结构分析。实验结果表明:剑麻纤维吸附膨胀石墨能够提升复合材料的导热性,但力学性能降低,纤维的加入和对膨胀石墨的吸附对复合材料形成更多数量的导热路径形成了正面影响。
From the viewpoints of increasing the number of thermal conduction paths and increasing the probability of thermal conductive filler contacting with each other, a method of improving the thermal conductivity of the composite was studied. The thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of sisal / expanded graphite / PP fiber composite were studied. The microstructure of the impact cross section was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that sisal fiber adsorbed expanded graphite can improve the thermal conductivity of the composites, but the mechanical properties decrease. The addition of fibers and the adsorption of expanded graphite have a positive effect on the formation of a larger number of thermal conductive paths.
