石油、化工和锅炉生产中(?)有很多管接头需要焊接。这些管道一般都处于高温、高压或有腐蚀介质等恶劣条件下工作,因而极易损坏。实践证明,管路的破坏,往往是由于在加工过程中的缺陷所造成,但要完全避免这些缺陷的产生,也是有困难的。因此,为要保证管道质量,确保安全生产,除应严格选材外,必须对焊缝质量进行检查。本文是在X射线透视管接头焊缝的基础上,选择不同规格的管子,专对X射线透视管焊缝接头的角度进行的试验。
There are many fittings in petroleum, chemical and boiler production that require welding. These pipes are generally under high temperature, high pressure or corrosive media and other harsh conditions, and therefore easily damaged. Practice has proved that the destruction of the pipeline, often due to defects in the processing caused by, but to completely avoid the production of these defects, there are difficulties. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the pipeline and ensure safe production, the quality of the weld must be inspected except for the strict material selection.
