特殊教育高职院校的实训室是培养融合社会、技能过硬的残疾人高级技能人才和服务于残疾人事业的专业人才的重要基地。实训室的管理水平是衡量职业院校办学水平的重要指标。结合我院特殊教育的性质和本人实训室管理实践,本文对特殊教育高职院校实训室的运行管理中存在的问题进行深入剖析,提出了切实可行的提高实训室管理水平的办法。
Training room for special education vocational colleges is an important base for cultivating senior skilled personnel with disabilities and excellent professionals with disabilities and serving professionals with the disability career. The management level of training room is an important indicator to measure the level of running a school. Combined with the nature of special education in our hospital and my management practice room, this paper analyzes the problems in the operation and management of training room in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward a feasible approach to improve the management level of training room .
