光阴似箭,转眼间我在教室这个岗位上已经度过了二十个春秋。在这短暂却又漫长的二十年中,我和我的学生们共同成长,在成长过程中有苦有累,但是更多的是快乐,下面我就把我和学生们在物理教学中的成长点滴与大家分享。在我和学生们的成长过程中,我有“四”字心得。这四个字分别是:“蹲”“听”“陪”“通”。我先说一下第一个字的意义。“蹲”指的就是教师要放下自己高高在上的身段,要与孩子做朋友。以前我觉得我面对学生的时候我很强大,因为我是大人,学生还小,我要把我的经验传授给他
