加快矿井建设速度、缩短建井周期是当务之急,也是全面提高建井工程技术经济指标、尽快发挥投资效益的关键问题。随着我国煤矿开发的现代化,矿井井型逐步增大,建井工程量随之增大,建井地质条件越来越复杂,施工难度加大,因此,加强矿井建设的组织领导、提高技术水平、强化施工装备和进行科学管理是十分必要的,除应及时总结推广我国快速建井的成功经验、加强薄弱技术环节的科研攻关外,积极学习国外的先进技术和有益经验,也是必不可少的。本文原载《煤炭科技动态》1981年第8期,概括介绍了苏联一个大型矿井提前建成投产的先进经验,对我们很有借鉴意义。钟子云同志参阅后很重视,并指出:“对世界各国一切先进而有益的技术,都应认真学习。”特在本刊转载,供研究参考。
