孤东油田属于非均质多油层砂岩油藏,水驱开采需要采取分层注入工艺来缓解层间矛盾,以提高整体开发效果。随着孤东油田三采规模不断扩大,聚驱驱替对象转向二、三类油层,由于非均质严重,非主力油层注入困难、动用程度低,影响聚驱开发总体效果。为解决这一矛盾,采取了同心双管分层注入技术,可实现对分层注入量的调节。本文对聚合物同心双管分层注入工艺的矿场应用效果为例对分层注聚适应性进行了分析。
Gudong Oilfield belongs to heterogeneous multi-reservoir sandstone reservoirs, waterflooding mining need to take stratified injection process to alleviate the contradiction between layers in order to improve the overall development effectiveness. With the continuous increase of the three mining sizes in the Gudong oilfield, the targets of the flood diversion drive to the second and third types of oil reservoirs. Due to the serious heterogeneity, difficulties in injecting into the non-main oil reservoirs and the low degree of utilization will affect the overall development of the poly flooding. In order to solve this contradiction, the concentric double-tube stratified injection technique is adopted, which can adjust the stratified injection amount. In this paper, the application of the polymer concentric double-tube stratified injection process in the field as an example to analyze the adaptability of stratified injection.
