对铁素体不锈钢Cr24Al2Si、38CrA、30CrMnSiNi2A和7种碳钢的韧脆转移过程的数学模型、韧脆转移评定试验方法、判据及其指标间的相互定量关系、韧脆转移温度的微观组织诊断技术及其定量关系、韧脆转移温度的微观断口诊断技术及其定量关系、韧脆转移温度的工程估算技术及其定量关系等进行了比较全面深入的研究。研究结果对钢的冷脆断裂诊断技术有重要的参考价值。
Mathematical model of the ductile-brittle transfer process of ferritic stainless steel Cr24Al2Si, 38CrA, 30CrMnSiNi2A and seven kinds of carbon steels, the test methods, criteria and the mutual quantitative relationship between the indexes of ductile-brittle transfer, the microstructure diagnosis of ductile-brittle transition temperature Technology and its quantitative relationship, the microscopic fracture diagnosis technology of ductile-brittle transition temperature and its quantitative relationship, engineering estimation technology of ductile-brittle transition temperature and its quantitative relationship were studied in more comprehensive and in-depth. The research results have important reference value to the steel cold brittle fracture diagnosis technology.
