大学生的实践能力训练已经成为高职院校市场营销专业人才培养的重要工作,但现阶段高职院校在实践能力培养中还存在非常多的问题,例如,一味强调实践能力的重要而忽视了基础理论培养、实践环节单一、实践考核难以实现等。为了解决这些问题,我们专业进行人才培养创新,提出了高职营销专业学生实践能力培养的具体途径,通过产教融合构建“虚—实开放循环”的实践教学体系。
The practical ability training of college students has become an important task in the training of marketing professionals in higher vocational colleges.
