一、前言炼油厂水冷设备的化学清洗对于保证设备的高效率运行,延长设备使用寿命,有着极大的意义。对于碳钢设备的酸洗,已积累了不少经验。但对铜质设备如何确定酸洗配方及清洗工艺,既使清洗效果好,又不致于引起黄铜脱锌,则往往把握不足。本工作通过一些实验摸索,确定了盐酸—Lan826体系消洗配方,并改进了部分关键的酸洗工艺,用于现场实际后,收到较好清洗效果,并取得了明显的经济效益。

However, how to determine the copper equipment pickling formula and cleaning process, even if the cleaning effect is good, it will not lead to dezincification of brass, often grasp the problem. This work through some experiments to explore and determine the hydrochloric acid-Lan826 system elimination formula, and improve some of the key pickling process for the actual field, received a good cleaning effect, and achieved significant economic benefits.
