目的:运用血清药理学方法研究益气祛白方对体外酪氨酸酶(TYR)活性及多巴色素自动氧化生成黑素量的影响。方法:分别以益气祛白方的水提物与醇提物制备含药血清,体外观察其对于TYR活性及多巴色素自动氧化生成黑素量的影响。结果:益气祛白方水提物及醇提物均可以明显提高TYR活性和多巴色素自动氧化生成的黑素量,与正常对照组比较,差异具有显著意义(P<0.05),其中益气祛白方水提组效果更好。结论:益气祛白方对TYR活性和多巴色素自动氧化生成黑素的上调作用在白癜风的治疗方面具有积极意义。 Objective: To study the effect of Yiqi Qu Bai Decoction on the activity of tyrosinase (TYR) in vitro and the autoxidation of dopachrome to melanin production by serum pharmacology. Methods: The medicated serum was prepared from water extract and ethanol extract of Yiqi Qu Bai Decoction respectively, and its effect on TYR activity and auto-oxidation of dopamine to melanin was observed in vitro. Results: Both water extract and ethanol extract of Yiqi Qu Bai decoction could significantly increase TYR activity and the amount of melanin produced by autoxidation of dopachrome. Compared with the normal control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05) Qi Qu Bai Fang water group effect is better. Conclusion: Yiqi Qu Bai decoction on the TYR activity and the autoxidation of dopamine melanin up-regulation in the treatment of vitiligo has a positive effect.
