为评价高邮市实施全球基金疟疾项目近期效果,以便为今后进一步做好防治工作提供依据。文章对高邮市2010-2013年实施全球基金疟疾项目工作资料进行收集整理、综合分析,最后由江苏省卫生厅组织专家组按照《江苏省消除疟疾达标考核实施细则》(2013年版),进行效果评估。结果显示,高邮市至今连续6年未出现当地感染病例,仅在2010-2013年发生输入性恶性疟3例。检验人员对疟原虫镜检,其定性和定虫种正确率分别为100%(50/50)、90%(36/40),临床医生限时闭卷答题正确率96.67%(174/180)。居民防治知识知晓率100%(304/304)。通过实施全球基金疟疾项目,对高邮市率先实现消除疟疾目标发挥了显著的作用,专业人员素质提高,群众防病意识增强,防治工作质量全面提升。 In order to evaluate the recent effect of implementing the Global Fund Malaria Project in Gaoyou City so as to provide a basis for further prevention and control work in the future. The article collects and analyzes the data of the implementation of the Global Fund for Malaria Project in Gaoyou from 2010 to 2013. Finally, the expert group of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Health organizes the expert group to carry out the performance evaluation in accordance with the Detailed Rules for Implementation of the Malaria Elimination Compliance Assessment in Jiangsu Province (2013 Edition) . The results showed that there was no case of local infection in Gaoyou for six consecutive years, and only 3 cases of imported falciparum malaria occurred in 2010-2013. The correct rate of qualitative and pest insects inspection was 100% (50/50) and 90% (36/40) respectively for the microscopic examination of the parasite, and 96.67% (174/180) for the clinician’s time-limited closure. Residents awareness of prevention and control of knowledge 100% (304/304). The implementation of the Global Fund Malaria Project has played a significant role in taking the lead in achieving the goal of eliminating malaria in Gaoyou. The quality of professionals is enhanced, the awareness of disease prevention among the people is enhanced, and the quality of prevention and treatment work is promoted in an all-round way.
