本文以聚苯砜对苯二甲酰胺树脂(PSA)为膜材料,用浊点滴定法测定了含不同有机添加剂PSA-DMAc(二甲基乙酰胺)或PSA-NMP(N-甲基吡咯烷酮)铸膜液体系浊点,从而得到了这些添加剂致浊能力大小的比较。用气相色谱法研究了有机添加剂与聚砜酰胺之间作用的混合热和混合自由焓。在此基础上配制了一系列铸膜液并刮膜,测定了膜的纯水透量及对牛血清蛋白的截留率,得出了混合热、混合自由焓与膜性能的相关性,其结果与浊点法公式的规律一致。
In this paper, poly (phenylene sulfone) terephthalate resin (PSA) was used as membrane material.
