花键孔常用拉削加工,光洁度纹路呈轴向分布,为了使测量方向和加工纹路方向垂直,针描法测量时,传感器及触针必须在孔内横走。英制Talysurf-4型电动轮廓仪的“直角附件”,虽能驱使传感器横走,但所配特制的横移导头块体积较大,不能适应花键孔的狭窄槽底。不用此导头块时,就要使用附加基准。可是该仪器没有提供横移的附加基准,所有的基准附件都是在传感器纵向移动时使用的。我们设法改装这台仪器的直线基准附件(The straight Line Unit),可以解决横移附加基准问题。改装方法如下: 1.松开直线基准附件下紧固立柱用的内六

The “right-angle attachment” of the British-made Talysurf-4 electric contouring machine can drive the sensor transversely, but the specially designed traverse guide block is bulky and can not adapt to the narrow groove bottom of the spline hole. However, this instrument does not provide an additional reference for traversing, and all reference accessories are used when the sensor is moved longitudinally. We managed to retrofit the instrument’s straight-line attachment (The straight Line Unit) to solve the additional cross-reference problem. The method of retrofitting is as follows: 1. Loosen the internal hex used for fastening the column under the linear reference attachment
