我厂车体焊接车间是客车钢结构总成车间、焊接工作量约占总工时的一半。近几年,推广使用了 CO_2气体保护半自动焊,侧墙多头点焊机、车顶侧板滚焊等多种新工艺,使车间的工艺面貌起了新的变化,产量、质量都有了很大提高。但是梁、柱与外板的塞焊联接问题,却一直得不到解决。在批林批孔运动深入发展的大好形势鼓舞下,我们参考了国内外有关资料,根据近几年来我们在使用 CO_2气体保护焊方面的经验,经过半年多的艰苦奋战,试验成功了 CO_2气体保护半自动点焊新工艺。
