应用MachZehnder干涉法原位实时观察了aLiIO3的晶体生长过程。以HeNe激光为光源,用阿贝折射仪测定了碘酸锂过饱和溶液的折射率。MachZehnder干涉条纹的图像数据处理表明:在静态条件下,aLiIO3晶体生长过程中固液界面边界层厚度约为0.3mm,其边界层厚度随溶液对流强度而减弱。折射率测定揭示出碘酸锂晶体饱和溶液的折射率随浓度和温度的变化呈现线性关系。
The Mach-Zehnder interferometry was used to observe the crystal growth of a-LiO3 in situ. Using HeNe laser as light source, the refractive index of supersaturated solution of lithium iodate was measured by Abbe refractometer. MachZehnder interference fringes image data processing shows that under the static condition, the boundary layer thickness of the solidliquid interface during the growth of aLiIO3 crystal is about 0.3mm, and the thickness of the boundary layer weakens with the solution convection strength. Refractive index measurement revealed that the refractive index of saturated solution of lithium iodate crystals showed a linear relationship with the concentration and temperature changes.
