对２２例诊断明确的肺心病患者应用生脉注射液，每日１次静脉点滴，共１４ｄ，观察用药前后动脉血气指标和肺功能指标的改变，结果发现：用药后ＰａＯ２显著升高，ＰａＣＯ２显著下降，肺功能第１秒用力呼气量显著增高，临床症状明显好转，提示肺心病患者在常规治疗的基础上，加用生脉注射液对改善肺功能和血气指标有着重要作用
