RON(recepteur d’origine nantais)属于对肿瘤发生、发展有显著作用的受体酪氨酸激酶的亚家族。
RON (recepteur d’origine nantais) belongs to the subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases that have a significant effect on tumorigenesis and development. RON plays an important role in embryonic development, regulating certain physiological processes in the body, cancer progression and malignancy. RON is overexpressed in a large number of colorectal cancer patients and is often accompanied by the formation of different splice variants. In this article, the role of RON in invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer (including oncogenic activity of RON, RON-mediated epithelial stromal transformation, RON-mediated signal transduction and RON mutation) and the potential of RON as a tumor therapeutic target Summary.
