本研究选取了湖北省一所专科院校的8名学生作为研究对象,通过六次团体心理辅导干预团体成员的时间管理倾向,并使用青少年时间管理倾向量表实施前后测。结果发现这8名专科生的时间管理倾向总分和时间价值感、时间监控观与时间效能感三个维度的得分在前测后测时差异显著,研究结论认为团体心理辅导能有效改善专科生的时间管理倾向。
In this study, eight students from a college in Hubei Province were selected as the research objects. Six groups’ psychological counseling were used to intervene the time management tendency of the group members, and the pre-test was conducted using the youth time management propensity score scale. The results showed that the scores of time management value, time value, time monitoring and time efficacy were significantly different among the eight undergraduates in pre-test and post-test. The study concluded that group counseling can effectively improve college students The tendency of time management.
