应用超薄切片法对比分析了老龄豚鼠耳蜗毛细血管的老年性超微变化。结果发现:①老龄耳蜗毛细血管的单层扁平上皮变化为双层;②内皮细胞的胞饮现象明显降低;③细胞质内出现大量张力中间纤维,细胞器减少,基质液化变性;④毛细血管周围的间质亦有明显的体液潴留变性;⑤螺旋神经纤维亦呈老龄退变。作者依据毛细血管超微病理改变,在讨论中提出老龄性听力损失与局部毛细血管物质通透障碍有关,而且这一变化与整体机能相伴随,其改善途径只能从延缓衰老着眼 Ultrathin section method was used to comparatively analyze senile ultrastructural changes in the aged capillaries of guinea pigs. The results showed that: (1) the monolayer of flattened epithelium of aged cochlear capillaries changed into double layers; (2) the phenomenon of pinocytosis of endothelial cells was significantly reduced; (3) a large amount of intermediate fibers in the cytoplasm were found, the organelles were reduced and liquefaction of matrix was degeneration; Quality also has obvious fluid retention degeneration; ⑤ spiral nerve fibers also showed aging degeneration. Based on the ultrastructural changes of capillary ultrastructures, the author put forward in the discussion that senile hearing loss is related to the material barrier of local capillaries, and this change is accompanied by the overall function, and its improvement can only be seen from the anti-aging
