随着焊接机械化、自动化水平的不断提高,对现代焊接技术提出了更高要求,因此,采用先进和便利的仪器设备对焊接过程进行量化分析将成为保证焊接质量,提高焊接技术的一个重要手段。本文重点介绍了虚拟仪器的概念及应用基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器对焊接过程进行分析的研究现状。
With the increasing mechanization and automation of welding, higher requirements for modern welding technology are put forward. Therefore, using advanced and convenient instruments and equipment to quantitatively analyze the welding process will become an important means to ensure welding quality and improve welding technology. This article focuses on the concept of virtual instrument and application of virtual instrument based on LabVIEW to the welding process analysis of the status quo.
