对于铁路新职人员,在上岗之前要进行资格性的培训,为了让新职人员能够把握自己所在岗位的知识,即在安全、专业等知识,以及规章、制度、作业、标准、操作、技能等,在获得定职的资格后,才能让其上岗而作业,通过培训来培养铁路人才,这是一个重要的方法,对培养企业的人才,具有重要的作用,我结合实践,从北京铁路局新职人员的岗前资格性培训说起,分别阐述了其培训办法、实践、成果,又对人员、成本、评估工作等进行了思考,从而,促进新职人员岗前资格性的培训工作。
