本院实验肿瘤室于１９９９年８月１７日发现一只繁育２６３日龄雌性ＴＡＩＩ系小鼠左下腹自发乳腺肿物，伴呼吸困难。在无菌条件下处死荷瘤鼠，解剖发现，左下腹乳腺区肿物与皮肤紧密粘连，呈部分实性、部分囊性区，内含陈旧性咖啡色液体。剖开胸、腹腔发现肺部布满白色半透明
On August 17, 1999, we found a spontaneous breast tumor in the left lower quadrant of a 263-day-old female TAII mouse with respiratory problems. Tumor-bearing mice were sacrificed under aseptic conditions. Anatomical findings showed that the tumor in the left lower abdomen was closely adhered to the skin and presented a partially solid, partially cystic area containing old brown liquid.
