[目的]为枸杞高产和优质栽培研究提供一定的理论依据。[方法]在田间条件下,研究不同覆盖处理下枸杞初生物质与次生物质的积累情况。[结果]不同覆盖方式对枸杞果实中主要初生物质及次生物质的含量均有一定影响,其中秸秆-膜覆盖的枸杞其糖类和黄酮含量均明显增加,类胡萝卜素含量相对减少,百叶重、千粒重、产量都有所提高,但对鲜果的大小形状无明显影响;枸杞产量与总糖、多糖呈不显著性正相关,与黄酮几乎没有相关性,与类胡萝卜素呈不显著性负相关。[结论]合理覆盖可以增加枸杞的产量和品质。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide some theoretical basis for the research of high yield and high quality Chinese wolfberry cultivation. [Method] Under field conditions, the accumulation of primary and secondary biomass of Lycium barbarum under different coverage treatments was studied. [Result] The results showed that the content of main primary and secondary biomass of Lycium barbarum L. fruits were affected by different ways of covering. The content of carbohydrate and flavonoid of Lycium barbarum covered by straw-membrane increased obviously while the content of carotenoids decreased relatively. , 1000-grain weight and yield all increased, but had no obvious effect on the size and shape of fresh fruit. The yield of Chinese wolfberry had no significant positive correlation with total sugar and polysaccharide, had little correlation with flavonoids and had no significant negative correlation with carotenoids . [Conclusion] The reasonable coverage could increase the yield and quality of Chinese wolfberry.
