在充分考虑二辊矫直机生产工艺特点的基础上,设计了典型产品的辊形曲线,从矫直基本原理入手,根据弹塑性弯曲理论,应用迭代法计算了轧件一次弯曲矫直时的弯曲力矩和相应的反弯曲率,计算给定方案下形成的残余曲率,给出了矫直精度的数学模型。对于一定的矫直辊形和矫直方案,提出了矫直精度计算方法。具有进一步的推广应用价值。
On the basis of fully considering the production process characteristics of two-roller straightening machine, a typical product’s roll shape curve is designed. Starting from the basic principle of straightening, according to the elasto-plastic bending theory, Bending moment and the corresponding anti-bending rate, calculate the residual curvature formed under a given scenario, and give the mathematical model of the straightening precision.
