90年代以来,随着细胞和分子生物学技术的应用进展,出现了一个生化、细胞生物学与生物医学综合研究的新领域——细胞的信息传递(signalTransduction)。由于这方面的研究为细胞生理学提供了许多新的认识,因而已成为国外医学领域的研究热点。 细胞的信息传递即指细胞接受了外界刺激后将外界信息逐步传导到细胞核内,进而引起细胞生物学效应的过程。它由不同的信息分子以及不同的传导途径所组成。广义的细胞信息传递还包括细胞的膜受体以及细胞核内的基因表达调控。信息分子通常指一系列蛋白分子,包括:特异性受体、GTP结合蛋白、某些癌基因或原癌基因、第二信使生成酶、蛋白激酶、靶细胞的功能蛋白以及调节蛋白
Since the 1990s, with advances in the application of cellular and molecular biology techniques, a new field of biochemistry, cell biology and biomedical research has emerged - the signal transmission of cells. Since this research provides many new insights into cell physiology, it has become a hot research field in foreign medical field. Cell information transmission refers to the cell after receiving external stimuli to gradually transfer the outside world information to the nucleus, thereby causing the process of cell biology. It consists of different information elements and different ways of transmission. Generalized cell signaling also includes cell membrane receptors and the regulation of gene expression in the nucleus. Information molecules generally refer to a series of protein molecules including: specific receptors, GTP binding proteins, certain oncogenes or proto-oncogenes, second messenger-generating enzymes, protein kinases, functional proteins of target cells, and regulatory proteins
