随着网络的普及,“校园暴力”问题被社会各界重视,屡屡成为热点话题。近三年我国校园暴力事件逐渐呈现低龄化趋势并以网络形式大范围传播,形式恶劣。如何解决这一问题,欧美国家在已有法律基础上提出过不同的分析及解决措施,在20世纪70年代的日本,校园暴力问题已经被政府部门重视并采取了一系列解决方案,因此借鉴日本校园暴力解决的措施,或许会对我国校园暴力频发问题提供一条新的思路。 With the popularization of the Internet, the problem of “campus violence” is valued by all circles of society and has become a hot topic. How to solve this problem, the European and American countries put forward different analysis and solution measures on the basis of the existing laws.
