采用碱性分散染料和一浴多功能助剂,在高温氧漂浴中对涤棉针织物进行练染一浴加工.优化的练染一浴工艺为:染料x％、RY-209B 1.5～2 g/L、双氧水4～6 g/L、125～135℃处理30～50 min.生产实践表明,练染一浴加工后,织物的白度、毛效、强力、色牢度等各项指标均合格.与传统二浴工艺对比,练染一浴工艺省水、省时、降成本,每吨布减少染色费用450元.“,”Scouring and dyeing process of T/C fabric is carried out in one bath with alkali disperse dyes and multifunctional agents.The optimized one-bath scouring and dyeing process is dyes x％,multi-functional agent RY-209B 1.5～2 g/L,peroxide hydrogen 4～6 g/L,and treating at 125～135 ℃ for 30～50 min.Practical production shows that T/C fabrics with one-bath scouring and dyeing process have qualified performances in whiteness,capillary effect,strength and color fastness.Compared with traditional two-bath process,the new one-bath process features water-,time-and cost-savings,which can reduce the dyeing cost of 450 RMB per ton fabric.
