世纪之交,开启了新千年。 新千年伊始,向《机电设备》广大读者和作者致以新千年的问候！向关心、支持、帮助本刊的领导机关及业内同仁致以新千年的敬礼！ 我国历经了50年的经济建设和发展,取得了举世瞩目的巨大成就。尤其是我国造船业飞速发展,乘改革开放东风,一跃而成为世界主要造船国家之一,年造船产量已位居世界第三位。然而,我们又清醒地看到,我国造船生产率还有待进一步提高,所造船舶的科技含量也有待进一步加强,占船价70％的船舶电子、电气、机械设备在已建远洋船舶及出口船舶上的装船率还很低,有的甚至仍需进口。这说明我们船舶机电设备行业在新世纪里有着很大的发展空间,我们以服务为宗旨的《机电设备》杂志任重而道远。
