市场监管是维护市场主体权益,保证市场有效稳定运行的必要干预手段。改革开放以来,随着我国人力资源市场的建立,政府对人力资源市场的监管也在逐步加强。但是,随着市场竞争加剧、供求矛盾突出以及国际市场的影响,我国人力资源市场监管将面临更多的挑战,而当前的市场监管体系还不能适应形势发展的需要,需要不断加强和完善。本文从市场监管的基本理论和国外经验入手,从理论上阐述了人力资源市场监管的基本概念和特点,总结分析了我国人力资源市场监管体系建设的基本状况,并在此基础上提出了加强我国人力资源市场监管体系建设的政策建议。
Market supervision is the necessary intervention to safeguard the rights and interests of the market participants and ensure the effective and stable operation of the market.
