在过去15年中,虽然超声检查使肝胆外科诊断有了可观的进展,但其应用仍受某些因素的限制,如超声在空气中传导不良;肝胆周围的肺、肠内气体影响图象的质量;用超声探头不易进行肝肋下部位的探查等。此外,术前超声检查亦不能解决医生在术中面临的问题:肝内病变究竟是何种性质?病变确切部位在肝内何处?如何选择既能顺利切除肿瘤,又不损伤其余肝实质和血管结构的最佳手术途径?大量资料表明,术中将超声探头直接置于肝表面进行检查是解决上述诸项难题的最好答案。因此,作者就手术超声检查对肝肿瘤检出、定位及处理价值进行综述。
