三环式少齿差减速器设计的关键问题在于内、外齿轮变位传动的设计。介绍了一种用CAD法研究少齿差动轮系内、外齿轮变位系数设计的改进方法,并利用mathcad对其进行重复修改、调整,最终得到符合要求的变位系数。
The key problem of the design of three-ring less tooth difference reducer lies in the design of displacement gears of internal and external gears. An improved CAD method was introduced to study the design of the displacement coefficient of internal and external gearwheels with less teeth. The mathcad was used to modify and adjust the displacement coefficient of the gearwheel. Finally, the displacement coefficient satisfying the requirements was obtained.
