将煤泥水在微波场下做预处理,探讨微波能量场对煤泥水自然沉降以及与絮凝剂协同作用沉降效果的影响,结果表明,预处理试样自然沉降改善明显,与絮凝剂的协同作用可将最佳药剂量从1.25 m L降低到0.75 m L,达到了降低药耗、提高沉降速度的目的。
The pretreatment of slime water in the microwave field was carried out to discuss the influence of the microwave energy field on the natural sedimentation of slime water and the synergistic effect with the flocculant. The results show that the natural sedimentation of the pretreatment sample is improved obviously and the synergistic effect with flocculants The optimal dose was reduced from 1.25 m L to 0.75 m L, which reduced the drug consumption and increased the sedimentation rate.
