目的 研究小切口、睑缘切口两种重睑成形术的临床应用价值.方法 从2008年1月至2010年1月就诊我院的327例重睑成形术患者中选取两种重睑成形术患者各80例,年龄在18-30岁之间,

目的 研究小切口、睑缘切口两种重睑成形术的临床应用价值.方法 从2008年1月至2010年1月就诊我院的327例重睑成形术患者中选取两种重睑成形术患者各80例,年龄在18-30岁之间,术后随访6-12个月,观察术后两种重睑成形术恢复时间及其自然程度.结果 两组手术均顺利完成,小切口重睑成形术手术过程简单,手术反应重,恢复后自然程度较睑缘切口差,而睑缘切口重睑成形术手术过程较复杂,手术反应轻,恢复后自然程度优于小切口重睑成形术.术后60天随访,行小切口重睑成形术手术者47例(58.63%)恢复正常,行睑缘切口重睑成形术者71例 (88.75%)恢复正常.结论 睑缘切口重睑成形术操作过程虽困难,但术后反应轻,恢复时间短,重睑自然、持久、美观.
