近2年来我院眼科收治564例白内障中遇到3例晶体溶解性青光眼,对其诊断治疗作一回顾性分析。例1 男37岁半年前铁屑打入左眼,X 线片未见异物,未曾治疗,视力逐渐下降。于89年7月31日,患眼剧烈疼痛伴头痛恶心呕吐,以左眼外伤性白内障继发青光眼急诊入院。体检未见异常。眼部检查,右眼正常。左眼视力光感定位不确,色觉红绿正常、兰(一),结膜混合充血,角膜雾状混浊,近中央见1～2mm 穿通伤瘢痕,前房深度正常,房水混浊,丁氏征(+),可见雪花状飘浮物,瞳孔散大6mm。
